SENSITIVE. AMBITIOUS. INTENSE.

László Norbert Nemes has compiled an incredibly exciting, thought-provoking and, in every sense of the word, much-desired concert programme. He selected from among works by the following talents: Russian composer Nikolai Golovanov, who worked during the toughest Stalinist times, the Ukrainian-Russian composer Alfred Momotenko-Levitsky, who is currently living in the Netherlands, one of the most original German-Russian composers of the second half of the 20th century Alfred Schnittke, and the contemporary Ukrainian composer Lesia Dychko. The pieces to be performed at this event all explore possibilities of synthesising traditional choral voices with innovative musical elements.
